Thanks to the internet we're building a grass roots campaign that spans the U.S. For example, some audience members in Portland recommended the film to their friends in Boston - who then came along two weeks later to see it.

As we're a small independent production company and don't have the resources of a big distribution organization behind us, we're relying heavily on word-of-mouth recommendations. So if you enjoyed our film and think others would too, please let your voice be heard!

We're finding that for many people the message of Short Cut to Nirvana is a very powerful one - a cross-cultural call for tolerance, harmony and peace. There aren't so many films around that can make that claim! The mainstream movie industry is hooked on car chases, explosions and formulaic romantic comedies rather than anything genuinely insightful or uplifting. Even a lot of documentaries leave you feeling sour and outraged at the world.

Now, with your help, we can show that there really is a place in the world for a rare film that not only celebrates our common humanity but leaves us feeling joyful too!
